NOVAER maintains partnerships with the DCTA – Department of Science and Aerospace Technology and with INPE – National Institute for Space Research to perform qualification tests and develop research.

For the development of projects in composites, NOVAER counts on the specific material testing laboratories of Brazil.

It also has industrial cooperation agreements with 15 aeronautical manufacturing companies of diverse specialties; all certified by NBR 15.100 and ISO 9100 standards.
